 Too many times in life we let fear seep in to the soul of our very being, and let it control our decisions. Sometimes we let the negative opinions of others influence our choices. Others times we do it to ourselves, by staying in our comfort zones, Afraid to step out on faith and chase our goals like they owe us something! Life is too short not to live!  If you never try, you will never know! Then you will always wonder could of, should of, would of ! If you just take a chance, and give it your all, you will have the peace of mind that you went for it! The comfort zone is safe, but not fulfilling! Always believe in you no matter what anyone says! Working out can be very therapeutic as well as beneficial for maintaining good health.  Make sure you take care of yourself mentally, as well as physically. This is my son Justin, I remember like yesterday when he was first able to reach the rim, but he needed a running start. He keep trying, and practicing, and working at it . Improving overtime, never giving up or believing in himself. Now, not only can he can dunk the ball, he can stand right under the rim and jump straight up to do it! No running start needed! Vertical leap off the charts! This is also how our journey in life is! Don't look to far down the road, the future is coming faster than you realize. Just take your life one day at a time and live in the moment. Don't take time for granted! Enjoy your life right now as you are, on your way to where you want to be! Never give up no matter what obstacles you face. Find your strength in those moments to make you stronger! Everything that happens to us has a purpose, know that and keep moving forward!!
