This is my son Justin, I remember like yesterday when he was first able to reach the rim, but he needed a running start. He keep trying, and practicing, and working at it . Improving overtime, never giving up or believing in himself. Now, not only can he can dunk the ball, he can stand right under the rim and jump straight up to do it! No running start needed! Vertical leap off the charts! This is also how our journey in life is! Don't look to far down the road, the future is coming faster than you realize. Just take your life one day at a time and live in the moment. Don't take time for granted! Enjoy your life right now as you are, on your way to where you want to be! Never give up no matter what obstacles you face. Find your strength in those moments to make you stronger! Everything that happens to us has a purpose, know that and keep moving forward!! Your time is coming, believe that! Always believe in you, your time is coming, trust your journey. You too will reach well past the rim!!
Besides The Obvious Reasons, Some Unexpected Benefits Of Exercise! Most people begin exercising to lose weight, but it is much deeper than that! There are so many more bonuses of exercise! If you lose weight the right way,(in a healthy manor, a few pounds per week) realistically, it is hard work, and does not happen overnight!
